In the video shared by Minister Koca, it was reminded that appointments must be confirmed or a notification that the patient will not be able to attend must be made by 20:00.
In the video, it was noted that appointment confirmation procedures can be carried out via the mhrs.gov.tr website, the mobile application, or the Alo 182 call center.
