Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu stated regarding the incident where a private jet carrying a Libyan delegation crashed in Haymana, "A preliminary report study has been initiated, and following the initial examination of the Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) and Flight Data Recorder (FDR), the analysis of these devices to determine the cause of the crash will be conducted in a neutral country."
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made a statement regarding the crash of the Falcon 50 type private aircraft, registered to the Malta Civil Aviation with tail number 9H-DFS, which took off at 20:17 local timeto fly to Tripoli Mitiga Airport in Libya. In his post on his social media account,Minister Uraloğlu provided informationregardingthe accident.
Minister Uraloğlu shared the details of thebeforethe aircraft's crash, the conversationsthat took place between the Esenboğa Air Traffic Control Center and the Captain and Co-pilotwereshared.
The conversation included in Uraloğlu's post is as follows:
"At 20:17 local time, from Esenboğa Airport to Libya Mitiga (Tripoli) Airportfor; the aircraft with the call signHMJ185completed its takeoff according tostandardprocedures. Following the takeoff,it received the appropriate and standardclearance from Esenboğa Towerin line with theprocedures, it was transferred from our Air Traffic Control Center's "Approach Control Unit" to the "Area Control Unit" subsequently.In this regard, the relevant flight was permitted to climb gradually to the altitudes it requested;it was cleared to cruiseafter climbing to its final altitude of 34,000 feet at 20:25 local time. At 20:31 local time, the sThe aircraft in question, while at an altitude of approximately32,000 feet, declared PAN-PAN, PAN-PAN, PAN-PAN (alevelbelow the MAY DAY alert, which is the most critical urgency code in aviation), stated that there was a General Electrical Failure,andrequested a radar vector(flight path) to returnto Ankara.
At 20:32 local time, Air Traffic Controlgave the instructionfor the aircraftto return to Esenboğa Airportfortheflightthe altitude to be maintainedwas reported.At 20:33 local time, thepilot on the aircraftactivated the 7700 emergency code (themostcritical urgency code in flight). The Air Traffic Controlcontrollerfollowing the re-confirmation of the problemsubsequently, the aircraft'saltitude information could no longer be tracked on radar.
At 20:34 local time, due to interference in the Pilot-Controllercommunications,the Air Traffic Controllerattempted to verify with the pilot for a sound level checkin realityhas performed.At 20:34 local time, the aircraft, for Esenboğa Airport, an emergency return request was passed by the Area Control Unit and the level was confirmed by the pilot, and Approach Control transferred to the unit.

clarity in the pilot-controllercommunication was lost and the pilot's voice became difficult to hear.Furthermore, on the radar screen, theflight information experienced partial losses.
At 20:38 local time, Air Traffic Control on the radar screensaw that the planecould not be fullyseenandshas been observed.

Minister Uraloğlu, recalling that landings and takeoffs at Esenboğa Airport were suspended as a precautionary measure and that necessary measures were taken, stated, "Furthermore, in the event of the aircraft suffering a crash, search and rescue operations were immediately launched by the relevant authorities from the air and ground. The Air Force Air Defense Notification Center identified the relevant traffic near Kesikkavak Village in the Haymana districtIt has been confirmed that it suffered an accident and wreckage. From the very first moment of the incident, in coordination with the relevant institutions, the Transportation Safety Investigation Center was directed to the scene following the accident.wasdirected," he shared.
