The driver of the vehicle has been issued an administrative fine of 155 thousand 401 Turkish Lira for the following violations: using light and sound warning signals in unauthorized locations, violating the emergency lane, unnecessary use of right-of-way, using a mobile phone while driving, failure to wear a seatbelt, and using non-standard license plates," he stated.
