Ministry exposes lahmacun shops in 5 provinces! Here are those restaurants!

In inspections conducted across Turkey to ensure food safety, the Ministry has determined that dangerous food items such as "Equine Meat," "Poultry Meat," and "Offal" are being mixed into traditional Turkish dishes like lahmacun.

The Ministry emphasized that such inspections will be carried out strictly and that significant steps are being taken to prevent unfair competition.

The list of businesses operating with adulterated and misbranded food products has been published.

The lahmacun companies included in the list are Beğendik Lahmacun ve Etli Pide Pişiren Fırın, PTT 2 Kebap ve Lahmacun Salonu, Yeşil Köşe Kebap ve Lahmacun Salonu, Gaziantep Kebap Salonu, Kebapçım, Koç Kasap Restaurant, Kardeşler 2 Pide Lahmacun ve Lavaş Salonu, Öz Derya Börek Lahmacun, Urfa Yörem Pide Lahmacun, and Efes Pidecisi.
