Ministry of Foreign Affairs: We strongly condemn the attack carried out in Damascus
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned the attack in the Syrian capital of Damascus that resulted in loss of life.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was stated: "We strongly condemn the attack carried out today in the Hijaz district of the Syrian capital, Damascus, which resulted in loss of life.
We wish God's mercy upon those who lost their lives in this heinous attack and a speedy recovery to the injured.
We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to the Syrian people.
We have full faith that the best response to such attempts aimed at disrupting the progress made toward establishing sustainable stability and security in Syria, and to those circles attempting to disturb social peace, will again be given by the Syrian people themselves by maintaining their unity and solidarity. Turkey will continue its solidarity with Syria during this process."
