The Ministry of Health has announced that an investigation has been launched and an inspector has been appointed regarding allegations that hospital records were deleted as part of the Gülistan Doku investigation.
In a statement from the Ministry, it was stated, "An investigation has been initiated by our ministry regarding the incident in question in Tunceli, and an inspector has been assigned to the matter."

In the Gülistan Doku investigation, a secret witness codenamed "Şubat" had alleged that Doku was subjected to sexual abuse and violence by 3 individuals, and claimed that Doku's hospital records had also been deleted.
