Ministry of National Defense announces sad news: 1 soldier martyred
The Ministry of National Defense reported that a soldier has been killed in the Operation Claw-Lock region.
The statement issued by the Ministry of National Defense included the following:
In the Operation Claw-Lock region, on October 9, 2024, our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry Contracted Private Sefer Alan, who was wounded as a result of harassment fire by members of the separatist terrorist organization, could not be saved at the hospital where he was taken and has been martyred.
We wish God's mercy upon our dear martyr who lost his life in this incident that has plunged us into deep pain and sorrow, and we extend our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation.
