In recent days, the possibility of schools closing one week early had come to the agenda. Students and parents had begun searching for the answer to the question, "will schools close one week early?"
The Ministry of National Education (MEB) denied the claims in question and announced the date when schools will close.
According to the statement made by the MEB, the 2023-2024 academic year will end on the planned date, which is Friday, June 15, 2024. Thus, the 3-month summer vacation will also begin. Extracurricular activities will be organized in the final week of school, and student participation in these activities will be mandatory.
