Ministry of National Education blurs faces of female students!
Female students who placed in a competition visited the Derince District Governor. A post shared on the District Directorate of National Education's social media account, in which the faces of the female students were blurred, drew backlash.
In Kocaeli, students from the Derince Girls' Anatolian Imam Hatip High School placed third in Turkey with their BIN (Generation That Heals Me) project in the Social Model Design Competition for the Practice of Religion at the Social Sciences Festival, Sosyalfest. Following this achievement, Derince District Governor Mustafa Demirelli hosted the students.
