Ministry of Youth and Sports scholarship and student loan application results announced

Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak announced on his social media account that the results for the 2024-2025 academic year Higher Education GSB Scholarship and Student Loan applications have been released.

Minister Bak stated, "Dear young people, the GSB Scholarship and Student Loan application results have been announced. Best of luck to you all. Do not forget to approve your commitment forms via e-Devlet by 23:59 on November 8."

Students who have been granted a scholarship or student loan must approve their commitment forms via e-Devlet no later than 23:59 on November 8. The same deadline applies to students studying abroad for the approval of their commitment forms.

STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

Students between the ages of 15 and 18 who have been allocated a scholarship or student loan can provide parental consent for the scholarship/loan commitment form by logging into the system with their parents' e-Devlet passwords.

Afterward, these students will be able to approve their commitment forms using their own e-Devlet passwords. Students under the age of 15 or those without parents can have their commitment forms approved by visiting the nearest provincial directorate of youth and sports or dormitory directorate with their legal guardians, bringing the necessary documents (ID, guardianship decision, etc.).

Students pursuing higher education abroad who have been allocated a scholarship or student loan are required to have a guarantor residing in Turkey prepare a surety bond at a notary public in Turkey by the end of the business day on November 25. Since surety bonds will be checked via the Notary Information System (NBS), students do not need to send any physical documents.
