The lifeless body of teacher Tanju Oğuz, who went missing in the Akdağmadeni district of Yozgat and had been sought since March 4, has been found. Teams discovered Oğuz's body near the Akçakışla pond in the Akçakışla village of the Akdağmadeni district.
Oğuz's vehicle had also been found in the same area yesterday morning. Search and rescue teams had been conducting extensive operations for 3 days for the teacher, from whom no word had been received since approximately 23:00 on Tuesday, March 4.
Tanju Oğuz was working as a primary school teacher at Şehit Lokman Erkan Primary School in the Doğankent district.
The cause of Oğuz's death will be determined following an investigation.
