In accordance with the decision taken by the Ministry, a 1-minute moment of silence was observed in all schools across the country before the flag-raising ceremony to commemorate those who lost their lives in the February 6 earthquakes.

Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin attended the flag-raising ceremony held at Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, joining students and teachers.
