Ministry of National Defense (MSB) officials announced that a joint ceremony will be held at the Military Academy for lieutenants graduating from the National Defense University Military Academies, due to the international travel schedule of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on August 31.
"ENTRY WILL BE PROVIDED USING A BARCODE SYSTEM"
Regarding claims that attendance at the ceremony would be limited, officials shared the following:
"The existing 4,000-person capacity of the Military Academy ceremony area has been increased to 6,000 through expansion works. Since a total of 1,405 military students will graduate from the Military Academy, Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy, a quota of four family members has been allocated for each graduate in accordance with the capacity. In order to ensure that invited families can enter quickly and securely, identity information has been uploaded to the system, and entry will be carried out using a barcode system."
