Muharrem İnce issued a statement on his social media account following the arrest warrant issued for retired Colonel Orkun Özeller.

İnce used the following expressions:

"In the past, you made the PKK a witness and the TSK (Turkish Armed Forces) a defendant. Now, you are planning to have terrorist ringleader Abdullah Öcalan speak in Parliament, while you are arresting Orkun Özeller.

There is no security of life, property, or law left for anyone in this country.

Heroes like Orkun Özeller are entrusted to the Turkish nation. Do not play with the nerves of the Turkish nation. Enough!"
