Municipalities and their affiliates now require permission to establish companies
An important step has been taken regarding municipalities and their affiliates with a legal amendment published in the Official Gazette.
With the legal amendment, the establishment of companies or cooperatives and/or becoming a partner in them by municipalities and their affiliates has been made subject to the permission of the President.
