Naci Görür reacts to research results: Wasn't Maraş enough?
The results of the IPA's November 2024 survey have been released. According to the survey, Istanbul residents identified the city's top three problems as traffic at 60.4%, economic issues at 55%, and refugees at 44%. Geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür expressed his frustration with these results on his social media account and once again highlighted the earthquake risk.
According to the November 2024 survey by the Istanbul Planning Agency (IPA), affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Istanbul residents identified the city's top three problems as traffic at 60.4%, economic issues at 55%, and refugees at 44%.
Istanbul Technical University faculty member Prof. Dr. Naci Görür reacted to the survey results in a post on his social media account and reminded the public of the earthquake risk.
Naci Görür shared the following:
"I listened on Tele 1. A study was conducted. The most important problems in Istanbul are the economy, traffic, and refugees. This is what dear Istanbulites have said. Good grief, what more do you need to happen to believe in the impending earthquake danger? Wasn't Maraş enough?"
