Naci Görür's assessment of the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş: An unbroken area
A 4.0-magnitude earthquake occurred in the Türkoğlu district of Kahramanmaraş at 22:08, at a depth of 7.1 kilometers. Geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür shared his assessment of the earthquake on his social media account.
According to AFAD data, the earthquake occurred at 22:08 at a depth of 7.11 kilometers with a magnitude of 4.0.
Kandilli Observatory, meanwhile, announced that the depth of the earthquake was 1.1 kilometers.
The earthquake, which was felt mildly in Kahramanmaraş and its districts, did not cause any negative incidents according to initial reports.

Geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür shared his assessment of the earthquake via his social media platform X account.
In his post, Naci Görür stated, "A shallow 4.0-magnitude earthquake occurred on the Göllühüyük-Türkoğlu segment of the East Anatolian Fault Zone in Kahramanmaraş.
It is an unbroken area. It is a result of the February 6 earthquakes. Get well soon."
