It has been learned that Nevzat Bahtiyar, who turned state's witness in the brutal murder of Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, has changed his lawyer.
A new development has occurred in the murder trial of Narin Güran, who was made to appear as if she had gone missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district, and whose lifeless body was found in a sack in a creek bed 19 days later.
According to a report by journalist Emrullah Erdinç, it has been learned that Nevzat Bahtiyar, who is in custody and turned state's witness in the murder investigation that has gripped Turkey, has changed his lawyer.
As of November 19, Bahtiyar will be represented by a different lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association.
