The murder of Narin Güran, who was reported missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district and whose lifeless body was found 19 days later, has become the primary focus of Turkey's agenda.

As part of the investigation, 11 people, including the 8-year-old Narin's mother, brother, and uncle, have been arrested, while the perpetrator of the murder has not yet been identified.

It was learned that while the search efforts for Narin were ongoing, villagers hindered the gendarmerie's search operations with numerous false reports.

A highly controversial video of Narin's uncle, Kurtuluş Güran, who was released after his interrogation by the prosecutor's office as part of the Narin Güran murder investigation, has emerged.

A post made by Kurtuluş Güran, who is known to work at the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), during the days when the search efforts for Narin were ongoing, has been circulated.

It was learned that the video, which spread on social media, was filmed 5 days after Narin went missing.

In the video, Kurtuluş Güran and the people with him engage in non-serious dialogue regarding the child's disappearance.

The dialogue between Uncle Güran and two other individuals is as follows:

- This little girl still hasn't been found. Look, everyone has mobilized.

- We also did our best, brother. Hopefully, she will be found safe and sound and delivered to her family.

- Brother, is there no news at all?

- Brother, there is no news yet, honestly.

- I hope to God she is found as soon as possible. She is our sister too. I hope everyone does their best.

- Brother, my conscience is not at ease at all.

- Pala, our conscience is not at ease either, brother. This is all we can do. Maybe this will be a means for our sister. Maybe she will be found, Pala, huh?

- I believe it too, brother. She will be found thanks to good-hearted people, brother.

- Of course she will be found.

Uncle Kurtuluş Güran, who was released under judicial control after his interrogation by the prosecutor's office, had claimed in his statement that he did not encounter any suspicious situations during the search efforts.

On the other hand, the allegation that Kurtuluş Güran, who works at the State Hydraulic Works, increased the flow rate of the Eğertutmaz Stream where the body was found, had also come to the agenda.
