Narkokapan-Ankara operation: Statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office
Out of 94 suspects detained in the Narkokapan-Ankara Operation, which was carried out in 4 provinces centered in Ankara, 90 have been arrested. The operation drew attention as one of the most extensive efforts conducted against drug trafficking.
The Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that 90 people have been arrested, noting that simultaneous operations were carried out in 4 provinces centered in Ankara starting from April 17 as part of an investigation into drug trafficking.

In the statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that detention warrants were issued for 119 suspects following work carried out by teams from the General Directorate of Security's Department of Anti-Narcotic Crimes and the Ankara Provincial Police Department, and the following was recorded:
"While 90 of the 94 captured suspects were arrested by the on-duty criminal judgeship of peace, judicial control measures and a travel ban were imposed on 4 suspects."
