New 1 billion TL project from the Diyanet
The project cost for the Diyanet Religious Higher Specialization Center, which has begun construction in Ordu, has risen to 1 billion TL. With 350 million TL in expenditures planned for 2026, the opening of the project is scheduled for 2027.
Construction of the Diyanet Religious Higher Specialization Center, for which the foundation was laid in Ordu in 2024, will be accelerated. A total of 100 million TL was spent on the project in 2024 and 2025, while the planned expenditure for 2026 is 350 million TL.
According to a report by Birgün, the total project cost is expected to reach 1 billion TL.
EXPENDITURES WILL INCREASE IN 2026
It is anticipated that construction of the Ordu Religious Higher Specialization Center, which will be used as an education center by the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), will be accelerated in 2026. The 350 million TL expenditure planned for 2026 will bring the total expenditure to 450 million TL.

OPENING TO TAKE PLACE IN 2027
Upon completion of the project, it is planned to be opened in 2027.
