For teachers working in official educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, the "2026 Summer Vacation Inter-Provincial Excuse-Based Relocation Announcement 2" has been published. This applies to those who were not appointed under the scope of the "2026 Summer Vacation Inter-Provincial Excuse-Based Relocation" process, those whose grounds for excuse arose after that period, and contract teachers who will transition to permanent staff status by the final day of preliminary applications, September 14, 2026, and who have a valid excuse.
According to the announcement, applications will be carried out in two stages.
Preliminary applications will be accepted between September 9-14, 2026, and preference applications will be accepted between September 16-17, 2026, via the addresses https://mebbis.meb.gov.tr or https://personel.meb.gov.tr.
Appointments will be announced on September 18, 2026.
Notification and separation procedures will also commence from the same date.
