New appointment decisions at the Council of Judges and Prosecutors
The appointment decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors have been published in the Official Gazette. A total of 369 judicial members have been reassigned across 9 separate decisions.
With the appointment decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors published in the Official Gazette, appointments for judges, prosecutors, chief prosecutors, deputy chief prosecutors, court members, and court/chamber presidents have been carried out.
In the 9 decisions published in total, the duties and duty locations of 369 judicial members have been changed.
The first statement regarding the appointments came from Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç.
In a post on his X account, the Minister stated, "The appointment decisions made by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors in the judicial and administrative judiciary have been published in the Official Gazette.
I wish this to be beneficial for our country and our judicial community, and I wish our judges and public prosecutors success in their duties."
