New details emerge in MIT operation against Mossad agents!

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) coordinated the operation, which was carried out by the Istanbul Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch. The details of the operation have now been revealed.

As a result of the work conducted by MIT, it was determined that private investigator Ahmet Ersin TUMLUCALI and his wife had links to MOSSAD between 2011 and 2020. Following this, an effort was launched to dismantle TUMLUCALI and his detective network.

TUMLUCALI held face-to-face meetings in Vienna, Austria; Zurich, Switzerland; and Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin, Germany, with MOSSAD agents using the aliases Jorg NEUBACH and Gavin ALTO. Ahmet Ersin TUMLUCALI, who maintained communication with the MOSSAD agents through covert methods, received payments during his meetings in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany.

Under their instructions, he conducted research, reconnaissance, and surveillance activities in Turkey, Georgia, Germany, and Middle Eastern countries. He also obtained official documents belonging to commercial taxis, trucks, and tractor-trailers from Middle Eastern countries to be used in MOSSAD operations.

HE WAS SUSPICIOUS DURING THE FIRST MEETING BUT CONTINUED TO MEET

TUMLUCALI initially became suspicious when the MOSSAD agent who contacted him, identifying himself as Jorg NEUBACH and claiming to live in Austria, did not speak German. The fact that Jorg NEUBACH stated he could meet in Vienna, Zurich, Berlin, or Athens but could not come to Istanbul was another point that increased his suspicion.

Acting on these suspicions, TUMLUCALI took a book he had purchased in Turkey about MOSSAD with him to their first meeting in Vienna and asked Jorg NEUBACH if he was a MOSSAD agent. Jorg NEUBACH laughed off the question and did not provide an answer.

Despite knowing that the people he was working for were MOSSAD agents, TUMLUCALI continued to work for them for approximately 9 years. He earned a significant amount of money in exchange for the work he performed.

TUMLUCALI established a network consisting of 9 people to fulfill the instructions given by MOSSAD.

ADMITTED TO ESPIONAGE

As a result of the joint operation conducted by MIT and the Istanbul Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch, A.E. TUMLUCALI and the members of his network were detained on 03.04.2024. The network members admitted to the allegations against them.

In the initial phase, A.E. TUMLUCALI and his wife were arrested, and the judicial process is ongoing.
