New detentions in IMM investigation: Two individuals taken into custody
Following the statements of Soytekin, who benefited from the effective remorse law, Fatih Keleş's son Mustafa Keleş and his nephew Murat Keleş were taken into custody.
Adem Soytekin, the owner of ASOY İnşaat, who was arrested as part of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's operation targeting the IMM, along with his brother and the company's accounting manager Ogün Soytekin, his bodyguard Murat Erenler, businesswoman Nezahat Kurt, and the company's general manager Bülent Yılmaz, have provided statements under the provisions of "effective remorse."
Reviewing the statements, the criminal judgeship of peace decided to release Ogün Soytekin, Murat Erenler, Nezahat Kurt, and Bülent Yılmaz under judicial control conditions.
Following the suspects' statements, it was learned that IMM Sports Club President Fatih Keleş's son, Mustafa Keleş, and his nephew, Murat Keleş, were taken into custody.
