New development in CHP money-counting footage case: 3 people summoned to testify
Former Provincial Vice President Özgür Nas, former Provincial Presidential Advisor Can Poyraz, and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) CHP Council Member Fatih Keleş, who appeared in the money-counting footage at the CHP, have been summoned to testify.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had launched an ex officio investigation into the money-counting footage, which was allegedly filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters on March 11 and shared on social media.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the investigation was launched ex officio to uncover the truth and determine whether any crime or criminal elements were present.
Most recently, former Provincial Vice President Özgür Nas, former Provincial Presidential Advisor Can Poyraz, and İBB CHP Council Member Fatih Keleş, who appeared in the money-counting footage, were summoned to testify.
