New development in the Fatih Terim Fund case: Decision regarding Seçil Erzan!
In the detention review conducted via the case file for Seçil Erzan, the former Denizbank branch manager standing trial in the fraud case publicly known as the Fatih Terim Fund, it was ruled that her detention shall continue.
A detention review was conducted for Branch Manager Seçil Erzan, who is alleged to have defrauded 21 people, including well-known footballers Arda Turan, Fernando Muslera, Emre Belözoğlu, and Selçuk İnan, of approximately 25 million dollars and 7 million 384 thousand liras by claiming there was a reliable fund with high returns and that names such as Fatih Terim were also involved in this fund.
DECISION TO CONTINUE DETENTION
In the review conducted via the case file, it was decided that the detention of the case's jailed defendants, Seçil Erzan and Ali Yörük, shall continue separately. The hearing of the case will continue on May 24 at the Istanbul 41st High Criminal Court.
