New development in the murder of manager Ersin Aka

Thirteen suspects have been detained in Edirne in connection with the murder of manager Ersin Aka.

Teams from the Edirne Provincial Police Department's Public Security Branch determined that the suspects, including those who carried out the attack, had arrived in the city.

Thirteen suspects were apprehended in an operation carried out in the city center and some districts with the support of the Tekirdağ Police Department and the Edirne Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams.

Following their processing at the police station, the suspects underwent health checks at the Edirne 1st Murat State Hospital.

The suspects were handed over to the teams from the Tekirdağ Police Department's Public Security Branch to be taken to Tekirdağ.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Manager Ersin Aka, who was subjected to an armed attack by a masked individual while walking on the street in the Muhittin neighborhood of the Çorlu district, could not be saved despite medical intervention at the Çorlu State Hospital to which he was taken.

Nearly 25 empty shell casings were found in the area where the attack took place.
