Kemal Çağlar Temel, who sold cosmetic products in Üsküdar, was subjected to an armed attack by a masked assailant in front of his workplace on the morning of September 10.
Temel lost his life at the scene as a result of the gunshot wounds he sustained in the attack. Following the investigation launched after the incident, a total of 16 suspects were detained, including Boran D., nicknamed "Osman," who is alleged to be the instigator of the attack, as well as Şahin Ş., who is alleged to have carried out the attack, and M.T.D. and G.B., who were present as 'lookouts' at the time of the incident.
The suspects, whose procedures at the police station have been completed, have been referred to the courthouse.

It has emerged that Kemal Çağlar Temel was known for his proximity to organized crime leader Alaattin Çakıcı and that he appeared in a photograph taken during a meeting between Çakıcı and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli.
It was learned that the photograph in question was shared by Temel on Instagram.
