New development regarding the fire in Dilovası that killed 7 people
As part of the investigation into the cosmetics factory fire in the Dilovası district of Kocaeli, which resulted in 7 deaths and 6 injuries, the manager of the Joint Health and Safety Unit (OSGB) and the owner of the building who leased it to the company have been arrested.
Within the scope of the investigationconducted by theGebze Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the manager of the JointHealth andSafety Unit (OSGB), Ü.A., and the property owner, G.D., wholeased the building where the factory was located to the cosmetics firm, weredetained.were taken into custody.
The suspects were taken to thecourthouse after giving their statements at the police station.
Following their interrogation by the prosecutor, they werebrought before theduty magistrate, where Ü.A. and G.D. were arrested on charges of "causing the death of more than one personof the people death and injurycausing thechargewere arrested and sent toprison.
