New development regarding Yüksel Güran, Enes Güran, and Salim Güran: Announced by Nevzat Bahtiyar's lawyer
A verdict was recently reached in the Narin Güran case. In the trial, the mother, uncle, and brother were sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment, while Nevzat Bahtiyar was acquitted of murder and sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison for aiding and abetting. A statement has come from Nevzat Bahtiyar's lawyer regarding a new development in the process.
Following the trial, the statements of Nevzat Bahtiyar's lawyer, Ali Eryılmaz, continue to be a topic of discussion. In his previous statement, Eryılmaz had said, "Either a confession will come or they will start blaming each other. The first accusation has already come. Yüksel said 'Salim did it'."
"WE HAVE REQUESTED IT FROM THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE"
This time, Eryılmaz stated that they have filed an application for the transfer of Yüksel Güran, Enes Güran, and Salim Güran to different prisons.
Eryılmaz stated the following:
"We have requested from the Ministry of Justice that Yüksel Güran, Enes Güran, and Salim Güran, who are still detained due to the Narin Case, be urgently transferred to other prisons in different parts of the country for the reasons we have specified."
