New documents and questions from CHP's Yavuzyılmaz regarding the downed Libyan plane: 'If you are not part of the operation'

CHP's Yavuzyılmaz had previously alleged sabotage regarding the crash of a plane carrying passengers, including Libyan Chief of General Staff General Mohamed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad, in the Haymana district of Ankara on December 23, 2025, and these allegations were denied by the Minister of Transport.

Following the exchange of statements, Yavuzyılmaz continues to share the new documents in his possession. This time, CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yavuzyılmaz recounted the development of the incident moment by moment and once again posed striking questions based on these documents.

Development of the incident

Date: December 22, 2025:

The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) approved the motion extending the mandate of Turkish soldiers in Libya for 2 years.

On the same day:

The plane with registration number 9H-DFS, carrying the military delegation including Libyan Chief of General Staff Mohamed Ali Haddad, landed at Esenboğa Airport.

On the same day:

The plane was strangely directed to apron number 5, in the farthest corner of Esenboğa, instead of apron number 1, where the planes of high-level foreign officials are parked.

1 day later, on December 23, 2025:

The Libyan military delegation held meetings with officials in Turkey throughout the day.

On the same day:

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu met with the leaders of Greece and the Greek Cypriot Administration in Jerusalem.

He announced to the whole world that they had decided to deepen their cooperation in the field of security in the Eastern Mediterranean.

At the meeting, the following expressions were used: 'Together, we will bring stability through strength, prosperity through strength, and most importantly, peace through strength.'

On the same day:

An Israeli jet with registration number 4X-CNA landed at Esenboğa.

It was also directed to apron number 5, where the Libyan jet was located.

Thus, the planes of two enemy countries were brought together on the same apron for 1 hour and 41 minutes.

What a coincidence!

We have documented the countries that the suspicious Israeli jet, which landed at Esenboğa while the leaders of Israel, Greece, and the Greek Cypriot Administration were meeting in Jerusalem, had flown to before the crash.

According to flight records, these countries are:

Israel (Tel Aviv)

Greece (Athens)

Greek Cypriot Administration (Larnaca)

In other words, the countries of the triple alliance that gathered in Jerusalem.

Conclusion:

Half an hour after the Israeli jet took off from Ankara to go to Tel Aviv, the Libyan jet also took off.

15 minutes after the plane carrying the Libyan Chief of General Staff took off, it crashed in Ankara. There were no survivors.

I am asking President Tayyip Erdoğan, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Transport!

While planes carrying high-level foreign state officials are parked at apron number 1, which is the main apron and closest to the VIP terminal;
