New information has come to light in the investigation into the death of social media influencer Ayşegül Eraslan, who was found dead in her home in Kağıthane.

Police investigations determined that Eraslan had returned to Turkey from her vacation in Egypt two days before the incident.

According to reports by Emrullah Erdinç, an examination of surrounding security cameras revealed that actor Sunay Kurtuluş entered the house where Eraslan lived approximately one hour before the incident and left shortly thereafter.

It was learned that in his statement, Kurtuluş said that while they were chatting at the house, Eraslan slapped him as a joke. It was reported that Kurtuluş then said, “I don’t like such physical jokes,” and left the house.
