New members have been elected to the Court of Cassation and the Council of State by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK). 8 new members were appointed to the Court of Cassation and 3 to the Council of State.
New members have been elected to the Court of Cassation and the Council of State by the HSK. In this context, the names of the 8 newly elected members for the Court of Cassation and the 3 for the Council of State have been announced.
With the appointment by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Şaban Yılmaz has become a member of the Court of Cassation.
HERE ARE THE NAMES
Şaban Yılmaz, Murat Boylu, Ferhat Kapıcı, Murat Çağlak, Osman Kiper, Murat Pala, Cengiz Doğan, and Ali Rıza San have also become new members of the Court of Cassation. Ahmet Cüneyt Yılmaz, Cengiz Aydemir, and Burakhan Melikoğlu have been elected as new members of the Council of State.
