New rector appointments for nine universities published in the Official Gazette

The appointment of new rectors to 9 universities by the Presidencywas published in the Official Gazette. According to the published appointments,Altınbaş University Rectoratewasassigned to Prof. Dr. Cemal Prof. Dr. Abdullah Kuzu has been appointed as the Rector of Antalya Belek University,whileProf. Dr. Faruk Yiğit has been appointed as the Rector of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University.Theseappointments were confirmed in the Official Gazette.Prof. Dr. Musa Alcı has been appointed to the rectorship of EgeUniversity,while Prof. Dr. Rasim Akpınar has been appointed to therectorship of İzmir BakırçayUniversity.Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sacit Açıkgözoğlu has been appointed as the Rector of Mimar Sinan FineArts University, while the Rectorate of NiğdeÖmer Halisdemir Universityhas been assigned to Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu.The appointments were madeby the Presidentin accordance with the relevant provisions of the Higher Education Law.toNiğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu; Turkish-GermanUniversity, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız; Turkish-Islamic Science and TechnologyUniversity Rectorateto, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Görmez; and Uşak University Rectoratetowas appointed as the rector of the university, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Demir.

The appointments were published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
