New statement from Ersan Şen, who said 'I could take the Eylem Tok case'

While developments regarding Eylem Tok and her son, whose legal case is ongoing in the United States, are being closely followed, lawyer Ersan Şen appeared as a guest on a program and responded to the question, 'Would you defend Eylem Tok's son?' by saying, 'If the conditions are right, I could take the case.'

HE HAD SAID 'I COULD TAKE THE CASE'

Şen, who had said "If the conditions are right, I could take the case" on a tv100 broadcast regarding the case of 17-year-old Timur Cihantimur, who caused the death of Oğuz Murat Aci in an accident in Istanbul on March 1, and his mother Eylem Tok, who helped him flee abroad, clarified his remarks on the program 'Farklı Açılar' (Different Perspectives) with Kübra Par.

When host Par reminded him of the same question on the program 'Farklı Açılar' with Kübra Par and asked what happened after his response, Ersan Şen provided the following answer.
