New statement from journalist Rojda Altıntaş regarding the Eylem Tok incident

In Istanbul,regarding the accident in which Oğuz Murat Acilost his life, the call records shared by Demirören News Agency (DHA) reporter Rojda Altıntaşhave become a hot topic. Altıntaş stated that she was pressured by her bosses not to publish news about the accident.

Rojda Altıntaş expressed her reactions in her post and asked the following questions:

"CNN Türk, which is part of Demirören Media, sent a reporter to the home of the late Oğuz Murat Aci's family today to conduct an interview. If you are so sensitive about this incident, why did you have the interviews we conducted on behalf of DHA 15 hours after the incident cut and edited before publication, while Turkey was still unaware of the event? Why did you cut the claims that he was 'smuggled abroad'? Why did you cut the name of the son Eylem Tok smuggled abroad and his father's profession from the interview? Here are the interviews we conducted 15 hours after the incident with Süleyman Keçiçi, who survived with injuries, and Deren Kara, a friend of the late Aci. How were these interviews, which were 3 minutes and 44 seconds long, cut down to 1 minute and 22 seconds before being published? Here they are, before and after, please take a look."
