New statement from Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu regarding the Party Assembly meeting date: We have no declaration for June 1
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who became CHP Chairman following the absolute nullity decision issued by the court, stated that claims regarding the Party Assembly meeting on June 1 were based on lobby information and that they had made no such declaration.
Kılıçdaroğlu made a statement regarding the claims that have been on the public agenda concerning the meeting date of the CHP Party Assembly.
Speaking to Barış Yarkadaş, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that they had not announced an official decision that the Party Assembly would meet on June 1.
REJECTED THE JUNE 1 DATE
Kılıçdaroğlu said, “We have not made any declaration that the PA will meet on June 1.
We exchanged ideas among ourselves with our colleagues.
It was understood that our colleagues who are PA members would not be able to receive notifications due to the holiday break.
We are waiting for business hours so that all members can receive their notifications.
The June 1 date is information that our journalist friends obtained based on lobby sources.”
