New statement from MHP front targeting Ayşe Ateş

Sinan Ateş lost his life as a result of an armed attack in Ankara on December 30, 2022. The first hearing of the murder trial will be held in Sincan on July 1.

Ahead of the hearing, Ayşe Ateş shared photos of the murder suspects Emre Yüksel, Tolgahan Demirbaş, Serdar Öktem, and former MHP MP Olcay Kılavuz on her social media account, stating, "The 'three or five looters' pointed to by saying 'We will not have our cause judged according to the whims of three or five looters' must be the following names." In her post, Ateş noted that these names are the ones who will be tried at the hearing in Sincan on July 1.

"WE ARE A CAUSE THAT TEACHES LOOTERS A LESSON"

Following these statements, Ülkü Ocakları Istanbul Provincial President Alparslan Doğan targeted Ayşe Ateş, using the following expressions on social media:

"In every era, there have been slanderers who cast aspersions on Idealists (Ülkücüler), and all of them have disappeared into the dustbin of history. The same will happen today. We will not be intimidated by slanderous looters.

Those who attempt to overstep their bounds against our cause, our Leader, and our Chairman, and those who engage in grave robbing are looters. We are a sacred cause that has been teaching looters a lesson and thwarting their plans for over half a century.

We will never seek reconciliation with those who disregard the law and try to find their way through the fire of sedition; we will hold them to account!"
