New trustee decision in Can Holding investigation

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has determined that there are other active companies within the holding, which had previously been placed under trusteeship, as part of the investigation conducted against "Can Holding" officials for the crimes of establishing and managing a criminal organization, membership in a criminal organization, money laundering, and aggravated fraud.

In this context, it was stated that there is strong suspicion and evidence that proceeds from crime were laundered through company operations. In accordance with the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 04/02/2025, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as trustee for the newly identified Arı Bilim İnovasyon Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş.

The decisions and transactions of the company's governing body have been made subject to TMSF approval, or all powers have been directly transferred to the TMSF. The private school chain Doğa Koleji was operating under this company.

It was announced to the public that the investigation will be expanded and continued.
