The incident, which took place at a Vocational Training Center in İzmir, occurred on November 4, 2025. The İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into D.T. for the crime of "human trafficking" within the scope of the allegations. While the teacher was detained following the intervention of law enforcement, it was also reported that D.T. has been suspended from duty.
In an official statement regarding the matter, the İzmir Governor's Office stated, "Teacher D.T. has been suspended from duty, and a criminal complaint has been filed with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the individual."
