According to a report in Sözcü, it has emerged that the ultra-luxury Resort Be Premium Hotel, owned by Sezgin Baran Korkmaz—which was inaugurated by Hollywood star Nicole Kidman, mentioned in statements by Sedat Peker, and features rooms priced at 30 thousand dollars per night—was sealed by the municipality as a result of the cancellation of its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report.
It was learned that hotel officials are preparing an appeal to take the matter back to court.
