Nihal Candan and Bahar Candan sent to Silivri Prison
It has been learned that Nihal Candan and Bahar Candan, who were arrested on charges of gang membership and money laundering, were transferred to the same prison as Dilan Polat.
Following the arrest of Dilan and Engin Polat on charges of money laundering and tax evasion, more than 600 social media influencers were placed under scrutiny.
Yesterday, social media influencers and sisters Nihal Candan and Bahar Candan were also taken into custody, adding a new chapter to the influencer chaos.
Social media influencers Bahar and Nihal Candan, who were taken into custody in Istanbul on charges of "membership in a criminal organization and laundering assets derived from crime," were ordered to be arrested.
Upon hearing the arrest decision, the Candan sisters cried for minutes, shouting "Why?"
It was learned that the sisters, who were placed in vehicles to be transferred to prison, were sent to Silivri Prison, where Dilan Polat is being held.
It has not been announced whether they will stay in the same cell.
