A program was organized by the General Directorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism at the Presidential Palace in Beştepe as part of Foundations Week. While numerous foundation representatives attended the event, the presence of certain community-linked organizations drew attention.

According to a report by the Cumhuriyet newspaper, the Semerkand Foundation, which is affiliated with the Menzil community, was also present at the program. It was reported that the Chairman of the Semerkand Foundation, Yakup Yakuboğlu, posed for a photograph with the General Director of Foundations, Sinan Aksu, during the event and shared the image.

It was stated that the Semerkand Foundation, which is linked to the Menzil community, was among the foundations that attended the program. It was noted that the foundation's Chairman, Yakup Yakuboğlu, posed for a photograph with the General Director of Foundations, Sinan Aksu.

The fact that the event in question was held at the Presidential Palace and that various community foundations were invited to the program has become a topic of public discussion.

The report noted that representatives of certain foundations and platforms known for their proximity to Hezbollah also attended the program.

In this context, it was stated that Mehmet Beşir Şimşek, the Chairman of the Prophet Lovers Foundation/Platform—which is described as Hezbollah's structure within the Ministry of National Education—was present at the program.

Furthermore, it was reported that the Chairman of the Ideal Education Foundation, Muhammed Şakir, and the Chairman of the Orphans Foundation, Fikri Karavil, were also among the invitees.
