Number of defendants increases in Minguzzi case
The number of defendants in the Minguzzi case has risen to 4, as the files of 2 defendants were merged with the main case.
The Anatolian 2nd Juvenile High Criminal Court has accepted the indictment prepared with a request for consolidation regarding juvenile defendants M.A.D. and A.Ö., who were determined to have been with the 15-year-old detained defendants U.B. and B.B. on the day of the incident, on charges of "aiding in the intentional killing of a child," with the main case file in which U.B. and B.B. are being tried. With the merger of the files, the number of defendants being tried in the case has risen to 4. The hearing will be held on October 2.
