Number of detentions in Istanbul Levent clash rises to 16
The number of people detained in connection with the attack on police officers in front of the Israeli Consulate in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, has risen to 16, including 2 wounded suspects.
The investigation and inquiries into the attack on police officers in Beşiktaş are continuing from multiple angles.
One more person has been detained in operations conducted by units affiliated with the Counter-Terrorism Branch and intelligence teams.
Thus, the number of detainees has risen to 16.
On the other hand, it was previously noted that one of the suspects was detained in İzmit, one in Konya, three in Kocaeli, and the other seven suspects in Istanbul.
