While citizens have been protesting in the streets for days, famous figures are also expressing their reactions to the developments through social media posts.
YouTuber Oğuzhan Uğur also expressed his opinion on the current developments with a social media post.
Reminding us that none of us are permanent in this world, Uğur shared the following lines:
"My son, we only have one life... We are all going to drop dead. We will smell two flowers, look at three or five views, laugh a little, cry a little, that's all. Whether you find more or settle for less, they will stuff cotton in your nose. Just look back at what we struggle for in this three-day world. What is this, really..."
Olm bi tanecik hayatımız var be… Geberip gideceğiz hepimiz. İki çiçek koklayacak, üç beş manzara bakacak, azıcık gülecek, azıcık ağlayacağız altı üstü. Fazlasını da bulsan, azına da kalsan tıkacaklar pamuğu. Şu üç günlük dünyada uğraştıklarımıza bir dönün bakın. Ha bu nedir…
