One release in the trial of Salih Zoroğlu and 4 others

The hearing at the Bakırköy 21st High Criminal Court was attended by detained defendants Süleyman Salih Zoroğlu and Ahmet Aktaş, as well as defendants tried without detention Özgül Zoroğlu, Hüsnü Ağca, İnci Arslan, and Zeynep Akgül.

FROM THE INDICTMENT

In the indictment of the case, Prof. Dr. Süleyman Salih Zoroğlu, who is alleged to have issued false sexual abuse reports for children, faces a total of 96 to 972 years in prison for 21 counts of "trading or providing drugs or stimulants," 21 counts of "torture," 4 counts of "slander," 2 counts of "deprivation of liberty," 2 counts of "blackmail," 2 counts of "encouraging drug use," 1 count of "unlawful acquisition of personal data," and 1 count of "violation of privacy.".

The indictment also requests prison sentences for similar crimes for Zoroğlu's wife and clinic administrator Özgül Zoroğlu, clinic psychologist Ahmet Aktaş, doctor Hüsnü Ağca who worked at the clinic for a period, clinic secretary İnci Arslan, and Zeynep Akgül, who worked as a psychologist at the clinic.
