Operation against individuals wanted for cybercrimes in 24 provinces: 46 people apprehended
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 46 people were apprehended in the 'Siberağ-7' operations conducted across 24 provinces targeting individuals wanted for cybercrimes.
The 'Siberağ-7' operation was conducted in 24 provinces, including Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Adana, Kocaeli, and Batman, targeting individuals wanted for cybercrimes such as 'qualified fraud, theft,' and 'online child obscenity and harassment.'
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 46 people were apprehended within the scope of the operation.
Yerlikaya provided the following information regarding the apprehended individuals;
“38 individuals who have been wanted for 0-5 years,
7 individuals who have been wanted for 5-10 years,
1 individual who has been wanted for 10 years or more were apprehended”
