Operation against Volkan Reçber's criminal organization in Istanbul and Izmir
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 33 suspects, members of an organized crime group led by Volkan Reçber, were apprehended in the Kuyu-7 operations conducted in Istanbul and Izmir.
Kuyu-7 operations were carried out in 2 provinces, centered in Istanbul.
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 33 suspects, members of an organized crime group led by Volkan Reçber, who is a fugitive abroad, were apprehended in the operations conducted in Istanbul and Izmir.
Yerlikaya reported that 34 unlicensed pistols, 1 AK-47 Kalashnikov long-barreled rifle, 1 ballistic vest, and 1 automatic weapon known as an Uzi were seized during the operation.
